This unit comes with fully equipped kitchen area, dining area, double Murphy bed and convertible love seat and chair for relaxing. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There is a dock equipped with a fish cleaning station. Go fishing catch your dinner barbeque it on the communal barbeque. Eat it on the umbrella equipped patio beside the pool. It is pretty wonderful. Cable TV, WI-FI , heat, A/C and parking are included. This unit is smoke free.

  Love the Coral!! Close to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The whole area is walkable. Amy, the manager does a great job making everything look great and is available for any issues you may have. Pool is always crystal clean and there is a private dock for fishing, an evening cocktail or morning coffee while watching for dolphins. There is a nice patio with a communal grill. Great spot for a meal or visiting with other guests. We will continue to stay at the Coral as long as possible.

  My husband and I choose Coral Resort to stay when we traveled to Clearwater to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything about our stay was excellent. We stayed in unit E-2 June 2023. Checking in with Amy was a breeze and she is extremely kind and accommodating. Any issues we faced (needing more toilet tissue or a new beach umbrella) was handled quickly. The room itself was clean and sufficient for what we needed. My husband and I were able to cook a morning breakfast and make coffee with ease. Everything you need to cook a meal/coffee is provided. Everything you need for the beach was in the room (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler). The location from the beach itself was excellent! A one and a half block walk (approx 5 minute walk) to the beach. Once on the beach we were in a beautiful location so we just walked down to the shore line and pitched our umbrella. The tourist “strip” is one block from the resort so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. My favorite place at Coral was the pool. We didn’t use the patio much but we did use the pool and loved it. Coral resort itself was crystal clean and so was the deck surrounding the pool. We spoke to Amy about our stay and told her we would definitely come back but we would rent out a slightly larger unit. Amy graciously offered to show us some of the larger rentals and they were amazing!! We are definitely coming back to beautiful Clearwater and when we do we will be staying at Coral Resort. The place itself is great but Amy’s hospitality is icing on top of the cake!!

  Just completed our 16th stay at this wonderful little resort. E2 is one of our favorite units and has recently had some upgrades to the unit. The location cannot be beat. Close to many bars and restaurants and a couple short blocks from the beach. There is a great dock for morning coffee, dolphin watching,fishing or an evening cocktail. The pool is crystal clear and the grounds are well kept. Amy, the manager, is very helpful and a rock star at her job. Any issues are taken care of asap. We will be staying at the Coral Resort as long as we are able to, which we hope is for many more vacations. The only suggestion I have is for some plastic plates for the unit since glass is not allowed on the patio and it's a great place for meals.

  I have been staying in this room for the last 10 years an have loved it. I book the room for the next year when I pay so I make sure that I get it for the next year. When I booked this time for next year it will cost me $600 dollars more next year than I paid this year. Not worth it, totally unacceptable. I have been staying at the Coral for the last 38 years and have never had a complaint. The location and people are wonderful, but to raise the cost that much in 1 year for a widow on a single income, I am not sure if I can continue to go there.

  Another great stay at the Coral Resort. This is our 4th stay at the Coral in the past year and this little unit is our favorite! A small dresser or nightstand with a few drawers would be a nice addition as there isn't much drawer space, but it's not something that would keep us from staying here again. We are already booked in this unit for 2 weeks in October 2022!Pool is great and we love the dock for morning coffee and dolphin watching or a cocktail in the evening. Wish the patio was open later than 10 pm. 11 pm would be better considering the average age of the renters. This is mostly an older crowd that likes to visit nightly on the patio--not a party place.

A New flat screen TV was installed since are last years visit. The only thing I would suggest to the owner of this unit is a small shelf in the bathroom and a few more beach towels there is only one I knew this from previous years so always pack a couple. The commen area here is amazing the patio and pool are best to hang out with your morning coffee ect the grounds are immaculate as is the pool area. We fished a few days off the adorable small like pier. Pattie runs a tight ship so Thsnk you you that. Can’t wait to return!

  The location of the condo is very good, near to the restaurants, shoppings, Pier 60 and beach! There is a very good size and clean pool at the condo and a pier! There is a BBQ which we used every day. The studio inside is a bit old, really small for a family of 4, like us, for a couple I think its ok. The furniture were old, TV very small, only a 2 seats glass table. We had a problem with the toilet so we need to call the maintenance guy 3 days in a row to fix it. The toilet and the towels were old as well. Leslie the manager is a very nice lady and very helpful. The condo is well located.

  L'appartamentino era veramente carino, completo di tutto quello che occorre quando si va in vacanza al mare. Stoviglie, forno, sedie sdraio, ombrellone, ferro da stiro, cambio lenzuola, ecc. Situato a nord dell'isola, a circa 500m dalla spiaggia e vicino ai supermercati (di cui che faceva 24h).
  Il residence è piccolo, ma completo di piscina, barbeque e stanza con lavatrici e asciugatrici. Unico neo è stato il letto a scomparsa dentro l'armadio, e la conseguente mancanza di armadio per riporre i vestiti.
  Siamo rimasti comunque molto contenti. Ottima comunicazione. Consigliato.

  My husband and I recently stayed at the Coral Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL. The condo we stayed in was very clean (although a little outdated). The light fixture in the bathroom wasn't working properly, but once I brought it to the maintenance man's attention, it was repaired promptly. The property was very nice, the pool was sparkling clean and the pier out back was nice for fishing and relaxing. My husband caught a small shark and a manatee visited the dock next door! The location was perfect -- a short two block walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach and an easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. My only complaint about the condo was the fold-out Murphy bed. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I opted to sleep on the fold-out futon couch instead. A 4 or 5-inch Memory Foam mattress topper for the Murphy bed would be a great investment! Overall, I would recommend the Coral Resort and consider staying there again in the future.

  This was our first family vacation with the baby, and it couldn't have been better. Everything was clean & well cared for. We had everything we needed, the location was perfect. Everyone we met was friendly & helpful. We definitely look forward to coming back!

  Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein. Es ist genug Platz, auch zum schlafen für zwei Personen. Es gibt ein separates Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC, der große Raum hat zwei große Betten, Tisch,Stühle, kleine Küche und es ist alles da, Geschirr, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine...Bettwäsche, Handtücher...alles vorhanden :-)
  Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Strand 3 Minuten, Essen, Einkaufen, alles in der Nähe.
  Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

  This is a great little place one block off the beach. There is a dock for fishing and some rooms come equipped with a fishing rod. The community grill and patio make outdoor eating simple. We have stayed several times and will be back in the future.
