  Location of property is great and always well kept, people who stay there are nice, manager is very friendly and helpful. Nice happy hours with others that stay. Location is on causeway and a block and a half from the beach.

  The pictures provided on website are outdated. Our couch had cigarette burns(supposed to be nonsmoking facility), smelled of smoke when you first entered the unit, kitchen was subpar and bathroom was very small. bedding and towels were nice and seemed newish. The pool at the facility was perfect for us. Quiet and temp of water was great. Other tenants, especially the long term seasonal ones, were extremely nice. Never heard from management company during our stay, which is a little surprising since I spoke with Amy less than 12 hours prior to my flight and she expressed concerns about the condition of the unit do to it being trashed by prior tenants, which apparently happened a few days prior to our reservation. Was not impressed with communication whatsoever! Once we got there they stated they switched our unit to something comparable again poor communication

  The location is perfect as you are a short walk from the beach. The units are quaint and comfortable. Nothing overly fancy but perfect for a beach weekend. If you are looking for a place to have drinks and enjoy the pool this is the very last place you want to stay. Throughout our groups time there we were yelled at by the property manager like we were 2 years old. Even walking around the courtyard after 10PM had her running down stairs yelling. I’d recommend this spot to anyone with a family or not looking to have fun.

I would agree that if you are looking for a place to roll into intoxicated, loud and waking everyone up with no consideration for the other renters this is not the place.

  From the moment we arrived, we experienced
  exceptional hospitality! The grounds were pristine and the pool was sparkling and water temperature perfect. Our unit (D4) was clean and although small, offered a great view of the pool and easy access to the laundry room. The space in D4 has been maximized! No space wasted. I traveled with my daughter and two small grandchildren, so the bed configuration (2 twin murphy beds and 1 fouton) suited our needs perfectly. The fishing dock is well constructed and is cleaned daily. The manager brought large umbrellas out to us for shade while we were there (so considerate). I was so very pleased with every moment of my stay! I will never stay anywhere else in Clearwater Beach because of the location, the value, the amazing hospitality offered by the manager and the general friendly atmosphere.

  Unit D4 is a clean unit and good for those that need a little extra room sleeping as the unit has two twin Murphy beds, and not a double Murphy bed as some of the other units that we have stayed in. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall to give you more room in the unit. The long sofa is also very much useful.

  My stay was quite good with excellent support from the property manager/Patti. For example she immediately replaced the lost cutting board. The unit was in good shape with the addition of a new futon and it now feels more spacious.
  The refrigerator back wall continues to have a coat of thick ice and some of our vegetables were almost frozen so we had to store them to side door.

  The Coral resort is in an excellent location on North Clear Water beach. The dock and the outside area by the pool are perfect. Can't beat the location for the price.   A couple friends of mine and myself came to Clearwater for a girls get away, we stayed here for a week and it was very clean, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The freezer/refrigerator needed defrosted, and there wasn't a shower head in the shower..neither of these issues effected anything, we were still able to use the fridge and shower. This was a spectacular place for the price, we will definitely stay here again.

The frost buildup at the back was +++ and the temp was not uniform either too cold or not cold enough. It did result on some spoilage. Also the light at head of bed does not work as well as the clock on the wall. The shower temp changes to either very hot or very cold!
