  I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was, super clean, the unit exceeded our expectations by a mile. From the moment we walked in we realized we didn't need to bring anything other then our cloths. There were beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of toiletries, so many areas to hang stuff, the kitchen had everything u can imagine. We was overall blown away by the condition and attention to detail displayed by the unit.
  
  Then the resort itself was beautiful and located within walking distance of everything. The pool was super clean and probably the best maintained dock I have ever been on in clearwater.
  
  Overall an amazing 4 days and we will definitely be back.

  My family and I enjoyed a blissful week at the Coral during our Spring Break. D2 is a delightful unit with an upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The unit itself is bright and nicely appointed. Amy (on-site manager) was helpful and kind, offered suggestions for outings and was generally awesome. The fishing dock, patio and pool are the amenities we love but the overall experience (vibe, if you will) keep us coming back.

  I love the patio, pool is heated and perfect in size. Romantic private doc, perfect for 4th of July’s fireworks. Originally I was suppose to stay in a different condo in which I was beyond thrilled to stay in, however, someone bought it out and had it under construction. I stayed in D2, and it’s beautiful has little minor updates that needs to happen, and the bed to me was the worst,(some may find it comfortable, but husband and I were in so much pain by the end of our stay.) The on-site manager is super nice and attentive. There’s a laundry site available for their tenants; hours are 3p-10p. Overall just an amazing stay. This is our second year here, and I truly hope there are many more to come!!

We don't really have anything negative to say other than the bedroom is a little cramped due to the bed arrangement and how long and narrow the room actually is. The other negative about this property is the Wifi connectivity. It's sporadic and not compatible with Kindle devices or work computers using a VPN. It's not a deal breaker for us but could be for others.

  Had yet another fantastic vacation at the Coral resort. Some new upgrades were beautiful and definitely noticeable.. The condo I stayed in was upgraded and as nice as ever. However, some more attention needs to be paid to the amount of washcloths, plates, and a handheld shower nozzle would definitely be an assets as the water pressure is not wonderful. All very simple solutions, but a wonderful vacation nonetheless. The manager on property,Amy, was a doll and a pleasure to deal with.

  The wife and I along with our two children 6 & 7 yrs old came here August 2019 for the first time I have read many reviews good ones mostly honestly the place surpassed our expectations. the staff is very professional and helpful As soon as I asked Patty the manager to check out an issue with the shower she immediately had it fixed within two hours.
  Our room was clean with more than enough amenities hair dryer ,iron ,utensils everything you need. The location being on the water every morning is breathtaking,, the pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and I used to live in Clearwater for 10 years and worked on the beach so I’ve seen plenty of pools but this is the cleanest!. Location ...just a block and a half or so to the north beach personally I already booked it for December and next August as well we love it.
  Hopefully one day I could purchase one unit and stay there much more instead of COLD MICHIGAN lol.

  This year we stayed in D2 and we loved it. The only difference from D2 and C1 in which we stayed previously is that C1was more equipped with beach stuff otherwise it was very pleasant. They need to provide more beach stuff like C1, umbrella, more beach chairs, maybe a little cart to transport the stuff to the beach and even a fishing pole like C1. It’s a big advantage for travelers that come with limited space to bring everything they need, like if they come by plane. Patty and the other office lady are very very nice and helpful. This place became like a home away from home for my family. We will be back next year.

  D2 is a well appointed condo in an old but very well kept up building. From granite counter tops to a leather pull out coach and comfy chairs this condo will not disappoint you. The beach is a very short distance aways as well as numerous restaurants. The best part was sitting around the pool and getting to know all the friendly residences. The manager is friendly and ready to please. The view off the pier in the back was really nice.

  We had a nice stay here in D2, the unit is newly remodeled and very clean. Even had beach towels and beach bag, 3 beach chairs. Which was great, I forgot ours at home. It was nice to fish off the dock and swim in the heated pool while there. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We have a 2 year old and it was short enough of a walk to tag her along too. Only complaint about this unit is the flood lights on the bedroom side of the building, they were very bright in the room with people walking around at night.

  Pulling up in front of the place, we wondered what we had gotten ourselves into. We were completely wrong! It's a small place about 2 blocks off the main street, very nice and quiet. I've rented many condos, but this was the most well-stocked I've ever stayed in -- kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, towels, etc. The pool was crystal clear. The only suggestion I would have is to better label the area with the patio tables. It says "watch your step" but perhaps it should be in a neon color. Of course I say that because I mis-stepped and fell.

Happy medium of being just a short walk away from the beach, pier 60, bars, and restaurants, but at the same time you constantly have the quiet pool and private dock waiting for you when you need a little peace and quiet.   This was our first visit to Clearwater Beach and we really had no idea where to stay. Just happened upon pics of these condos and they were beautiful and the prices were amazing! We were not disappointed! If anything, they are nicer than the pictures!! Staff is polite and professional! Within walking distance to everyplace!! We are already planning to stay here again in Decmember ??
