  Great location with good pricing. The unit is due for a remodel, but it works for the price. Biggest flaw was the weekend manager who would smoke non-stop on all locations of the property. Really made it unpleasant trying to relax anywhere outside (mainly at the pool) and have smoke lingering in the air. Especially with small children (infant and toddler). Please change smoking rules to be outside of property ONLY. Thanks!

  My wife and I spent to two weeks in room C5. This is a well appointed apartment and has great views over Clearwater Bay.
  The kitchen had all the equipment for self catering. The large double bed was very comfortable The air conditioning was excellent a necessity in the unusually high temperatures we experienced. A free easy to use laundry room is available.
  The establishment is in a good quiet location minutes walk from the beach and Pier60. It is also convenient for public transport.
  The property is managed by Patti who is very hospitable and lovely. She is a great source of local knowledge.
  This is a well run establishment with good rates which I would recommend to anyone going to Clearwater Beach.

  We come to Clearwater every year. This was truly the most relaxing vacation stay I have ever had! We parked the car and never needed it. We were so close to everything in town, yet felt secluded and tucked away in our resort with private pool and fishing dock. This resort has many return people who are all so friendly. The manager, Patty, was always available on site and so kind. It was like staying with family. We are already planning our return next year. We are so happy to have found such an amazing spot.

  We LOVE Coral Resort! This was our second year in a row visiting Coral. I found it by accident looking for somewhere near CMA in 2016. We loved it here and couldn't wait for our second stay this year. We did up size our room, and was extremely happy with that decision. Now we are counting down the days when we get to go back. It is a nice, clean, small resort with everything you need. The location is amazing, with everything within walking distance, even the local library.

  Staying at The Coral Resort has been our spring get away (and sometimes fall get away) for over 25 years. We love staying here because it's located between the Mandalay Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk nearly anywhere you need to go. Drug stores, eateries boutiques all within blocks.
  A clean, well-kept resort takes the worry out of traveling. Laundry facility on the property is an added plus. Fishing dock is not only a good place to land a few but a serene place to drink your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play.
  We meet up with good friends and make new ones each time we come here.
  If you haven't given the Coral Resort a try you've missed the best know secret on Clearwater North Beach area.
  Already scheduled for next year.

  Always love returning to the Coral Resort. Once or twice a year since 1990 we have booked a two week stay. Never disappointed. Love the area...on Mandalay Bay and a couple streets from the Gulf of Mexico. North end of Clearwater Beach is a little more peaceful but still within walking distance to your choice of wonderful shops and eateries. Pier 60 always has fun-filled activities to keep things interesting.
