  Unit was clean and had a great water view. Bedroom large. Had 2 small , full baths. Tiny kitchen. Pull out couch very comfortable. The problem was the 2 TVs did not work at all and/or correctly. We checked in Friday afternoon and called emergency number. Someone was sent but could not figure out what was wrong. I called Belloise management first thing Monday morning. No answer. Had left emails, text and voicemails. At noon Monday I called again and was told cable would be there. I am now back home in New York and still waiting !!!! I am not as upset about issue as the lack of communication, follow up or caring from off site management. Was a stormy weekend and TV and movies would have been helpful.

  I was not told by owner that our unit was no longer managed by onsite management office until an email a week later/the morning we were leaving. We had no sheets that fit sofa bed and when house keeping came they walked right in on my daughter getting dressed without announcing. Batteries in door lock died so we had to get batteries/replace them out, not enough blankets for our kids, excessive amount of tables (10!) so to open pull out bed we had to move several things and could barely move around room. My husband forgot his shoes and no one contacted us. We could have went back to get them because we were still local that day, but new management co/cleaning co chose not to let us know. Coral resort is amazing, but we will never stay in this unit again or recommend.

  My friends and I love staying at the Coral Resort. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms a are clean, and located close to everything! Our recent stay wasn't as smooth as normal as the room we booked for 3 people said it had 3 beds but when we arrived it had been changed to include one queen bed and 1 pull-out couch. Staff accommodated us by giving us a single room so we could each have a bed. Unfortunately, the single room hadn't been cleaned for a while and was very dusty and the air conditioner needed serviced. This is unusual and has never happened to us, as we come a couple of times a year. Too many awesome experiences shouldn't out weigh all of the other perfect trips!

  Coral Resort is clean and friendly. The rooms, kitchen and living area was perfect for our family so we could eat some meals in (there are grocery stores nearby and a trolly that will take you there), cool place to nap in the afternoon, and a beautiful pool when we wanted something away from the beach. We had a view of the channel where we could see dolphins. And we were 2 blocks (a 4 min walk) from the beach! We will be back and we recommend others try it out.

  We have stayed at Coral Resort on 5 separate occasions in various condos with different amenities depending on the room we rented. It has always been clean and ready on time when we arrived. We like the location since it's close to the beach and businesses on the main street but not right in the thick of things. Easily within walking distance to anywhere we want to go.
  We enjoy visiting with other people in the courtyard area of the resort. The pool is always clean and the area is well maintained.
  We feel safe staying there and look forward to staying again when we travel to Clearwater Beach.

  We stayed here for easter week. Room had everything you would need and was extremely clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults and a small child. Kitchen has a large fridge and stove.   We (2 adults and an 8yr old) stayed here for 5 days during our daughters spring break. We had unit B5. This unit was excellent - nice layout, nicely decorated, beautiful views of the inner harbor / waterway. The pool was clean and warm. The management staff were helpful and attentive.
