  B2 was a beautiful bolt hole for a family after two hectic weeks in Orlando. It was clean and well presented, felt like a beach house. The pool and deck area were lovely and the jewel of this resort was Amy. Communication prior to arriving was fantastic and while there she always checking everything was OK. Amy even gave my son and 2 other guests fishing rods with all the tackle + bait to use off the jetty. The walk to beach and restaurants was short and easy. We saw dolphins on 2 of our 6 days from the jetty. Would stay here again if in Clearwater.

  I only have 2 negative things to say. 1. We weren’t able to get out original room so instead of getting a queen size bed we got a full size (we are used to a king) but we made it work! 2. On one of the days we were there, there were some plumber guys in working on stuff and they turned our water off without any notice or warning. Other then that this place is amazing ! Private, quiet, great view, friendly staff. Truly home away from home. Plus free laundry and a patio area with a grill. We loved it here! Walking distance from everything

  Overall, it was nice particularly with a private dock to fish and stay by the water.
  However, the bathroom sink drains very slow and water accumulated during use. The shower is the same the water stands. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. One of the fitted sheet was so old with stains and appeared it was not washed. The ac unit works well and the kitchen was nice.

  Coral resort was absolutely perfect! It’s right on the bay so you have an amazing view of the sunrise. It’s nice, clean, and quiet but just a short walk away from all the action.   Our favorite place to stay. It has the best of both worlds. Fishing off the pier and very close to the beach. Walking distance to great places to eat and places to shop. We ask for the same place every year because it's perfect for us and we seem to meet the nicest people every time we go. The only thing that I would suggest is letting us be able to take a drink to the pool (can drink or plastic cup)nothing breakable but they seemed to frown upon that this year. By no means did it upset us but it would be nice to sit in a chair by the pool and sip on a soda. Thank you for another great year! We will be back!

  We have stayed at this condo resort multiple times and continue to LOVE the experience. When newlyweds, we enjoyed late night swims and BBQ-ing, cocktails & board games on the well-lit patio late into the night. New management more strongly enforces the pool closing at dusk and patio closing at 10 pm which turned out to be good now that our vacation group all have kids! However, she's extremely friendly and clearly enjoys her job and the opportunity to make vacation relaxing and enjoyable for every guest. It is a family-friendly location with a security fenced pool and a newly refinished dock where you can fish into the night and often see dolphins jumping. The beach is a short 2 block walk with a guided crosswalk at the major intersection. We love strolling along the sidewalks to nearby ice cream shops, plentiful selection of restaurants and bars and to necessities, like Walgreen's and a friendly hometown barber. There is also water access for kayaks and paddleboards within a short walk. That access location also hosts a community rec center with Zumba classes and library. This facility is a throwback condo reminiscent of a 60's motel but the rooms are very clean and the full-sized condo's have full sized kitchens and dedicated eating areas. The economy units have only kitchenette's and VERY limited counter and food storage space but are ok for 2 guests. During 4th of July stays, the community fireworks are set off right outside this location, over the water and the property is roped off to guests-only! It's a beautiful view of the festivities! We prefer this location to the newer, high-rise condos and have plans in place to visit here again years in advance.

The window blinds in the bedroom were all broken, need to be replaced and can be seen from outside of the unit. The brown walls in the dining area need to be repainted. They are very scuffed up. Unit only had 2 beach towels of very poor quality. All a/c vents are dirty and rusted.

  We had fun. Everything was ok. Most important thing to me is that the sheets are brown!!!! I believe there should be white bleached sheets so you can see for yourself that they are clean. One of the other family rooms had dark purple sheets and they were grossed out by them also. They other people who stay there year after year were surprised that there was not a flower in the window boxes, except for a few dead plants.

  Our family has been vacationing at Coral Resort for over 20 years. The resort is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and there beach is 1.5 blocks away. The resort has a provate fishing/boating dock..which we love. B2 didn't have any containers for tea, kool-aid, etc, so we purchased one at a local store. That is my ONLY it wasn't a big deal. The condo/reaort was always. Highly recommend this resort!

  This is a nice quiet place to stay. Very clean, friendly and close to everything if you don't mind walking a few blocks. I did have my teenage children with me and it was not a problem, but they do like it quiet there so I would not recommend taking noisey children. Pool area closes down at dusk so if you like to swim late this is not the place for you. But the pool closing early keeps the noise down. Rooms are beautiful and love that it has it's own dock to fish off of. I will definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

  Unit B2 was nice and comfortable. Looks like the owner just recently renovated the unit. Overlooking the bay, steps to fishing and swimming, kitchen has the pool view, room has the courtyard view. Parking is very accessible. 2 blocks your on the beach and walkable distance to everything, Pier 60 , shops, Frenchys. Lawn and courtyard was well-maintained also. A little disappointed the dock was closed when this is one of the reason why we booked on this apt. We will come back after fishing dock get renovated. It will be in B2 again. If your a serious cook, brink a sharp knife with you. Manager Leslie was nice also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would have given a 5 star if the dock was open for service.
