  Great unit... beautifully decorated ... fully equipped with everything you need. Overlooking the bay from your front windows. Great dock for late afternoon cocktails. Well kept pool... grills ... lounge chairs... and tables with umbrellas. Washer and dryer’s available on property for free. Two blocks to one of the most Amazing beach’s in the country. Walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Amy the property manager is on property everyday and is extremely helpful and accommodating to your needs. Quiet relaxing and close to every thing you need. We did not even rent a car. Would totally recommend the Coral Resort.

  This was the second time staying at Coral Resort, first time in this unit. We got off to a rocky start with the AC being broke but was resolved the next day with the help of Amy and Vickie, we had a great stay. The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella were there for use too. This unit has nice finishes and updated furniture including a comfortable king size bed. We’ll be back for another stay in May.

  I vacationed here in the 1970s as a child. The layout of the buildings, pool, and dock were exactly the same! But the insides were completely updated in the best way. It was a blast from the past, but a current comfortable delight! The ONLY slight problem was the very spotty, almost unusual Wi-Fi.

  This is the 5th year that we have stayed at the Coral in this unit. We really enjoy the unit, resort and the overall location. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the furniture and overall upgrades made to the unit.
  We however were disappointed in some of the items that were no longer available such as beach towels, blankets and pillows for extra beds, kitchen linens. We also would like to suggest that a few things be added to make using the kitchen a bit easier such as sharp knives, bake ware such as 9x13 type dish, potentially a crock pot etc.
  Again overall we really enjoy the unit and plan to be back again next year.

  We had a great time and loved our apartment at Coral Resort. It was clean, spacious, great view and well appointed. Our only criticism is that the cable does not work well and we were unable to get many channels--including ESPN--which during college football bowl season was disappointing! If you can get that fixed for next year we'll say it's a 5!

  I had a unique situation as I was moving from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs and had some friends coming from Pennsylvania to help me move. We wanted to have a kind of working vacation. Patty was very understanding and accommodating. The unit B1 exceeded our expectations and was very reasonably priced. So glad I got to rent there. The unit was clean comfortable and quiet. Not to mention the beautiful setting and close proximity to the beach, the Stone crab festival and good restaurants.

  For being an older property, Coral Resort has well maintained grounds and pool area. However, Apt. B1 has a pullout couch that looks like it was either bought in the 70's or at a flea market. It's Dirty and uncomfortable., the brown leather recliner love seat is also uncomfortable. The entire Apt. is in dire need of a complete repaint. For these reasons, I would not recommend this unit to friends, however, I would recommend other nicer units as overall, Coral Resort is a nice place to vacation.

  We have been here almost every year for the last nine years and this is the first time in this unit (B1) We LOVE the resort and the amenities and the overall feel and condition of the resort. This unit however, needed some work. The air conditioner was leaking. The ceiling in the bathroom had some issues and was actually patched with boards. Jamie did call an A/C repair person and the A/C issue was repaired during our stay. This unit needs painting and the furniture needs to be updated. The loveseat is broken in the middle and the sofa sleeper is worn and stained. Jamie was very helpful during our stay

  The best as usual. Beach, beer, bikinis..whats not to love? If you are looking for daily maid service and chocolates on the pillow, this is not the place for you. But if your thing is the beach, laid back fellow renters and a kick butt management team (Jamie and Leslie), then the Coral is the place for you. B1 has a great view of the water and the pool is literally about 10 steps from the front door of the condo. Awesome!
