  Absolutely would recommend this property to anyone! This was our 4 or 5th visit to Clearwater and the 2nd time to this property. Seriously is like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you would need and the heat pool is quiet relaxing. We choose a smaller room for my husband, self and son and weren't cramped at all. We don't believe in over paying for a room you may only use to sleep in while out of town and these rooms are FOR SURE the way to go with the best bang for your buck.

  We spent a wonderful month spent in A-4 efficiency apt which was very clean and comfortable unit even though could use a little update and fresh paint on doors and woodwork.Everything was within walking distance. Patty and Michelle were very helpful and nice. The outside area is beautiful and well maintained with a lovely heated pool.Love our little bit of paradise and plan to spend 2 1/2 months next year.Looking forward to reconnecting with new friends at Happy Hour next year.

  This was a 1st time family vacation for us and chose this location because it was conveniently located near the beach without actually being on the beach. The bathroom was very small and the unit could use a fresh coat of paint but overall it was a great unit. It served it's purpose. Only thing we noticed was the windows didn't close all the way so the room got muggy very quickly if we turned off the AC and you could hear the outside noise as if you were outside.

  I have never been to Clearwater Beach before and wanted a property right on the beach. This place is in a perfect location. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, drug store, souvenir shops, marina. Property is very cute, well kept. It was very quiet, the pool was nice and all the staff was nice. I arrived late in the evening and they left my key in the mailbox with instructions to come to the office in the am to complete my transaction. The room was the perfect size for one person, maybe even a couple but I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people. The bathroom is extremely small - like TINY! There was no toilet paper,paper towels or trash bags in the unit so I did have to go to Walgreens to purchase these items. The bed was ok - not bad not great just ok. They could use a more comfy comforter or blanket for the bed -again just ok. Overall, it was a great stay. I felt safe and welcomed and again it is in an awesome location. I would stay there again.

  We were in town for a family event. Other family members stayed at a nearby hotel where the nightly rate was what we paid for 3 nights. It was close to everything, safe and quiet. The other quests were friendly (long-term winter guests!) and fun to talk to. The only thing we didn't like was that unit A4 probably has the smallest bathroom ever, which was an issue for us. We would stay at the Coral Resort again, but look at a different unit.

  Love staying here have been for over 20 years but this was worst trip. Our rooms air conditioner didn't work PROPERLY. I asked to be moved no rooms available. Offered a refund to find a room elsewhere July 4th week no rooms anywhere left a day early couldn't take the heat. Asked for compensation for night we didn't stay and one day for inconvenience. No response. Very disappointed we couldn't stand to be in our room. We have spent many years here with friends from all over the US and Canada. Was nice to see them probably only positive thing on this trip

  I've had a great experience with the Coral Resort over the years and this was no exception. First time in this unit. The bathroom vanity is crumbling and the fridge has some rust on the door. The vanity should be fixed ASAP to avert plumbing damage and water damage to other units. Those are easy fixes that I would do immediately if I owned the unit. Aside from that, it was clean and no issues. I will stay at Coral Resort anytime, but may have reservations about that specific unit.

  We used these condos for a short stay before a cruise, they have a fantastic location to beach,bars and pier 60. The mgt team lead by Lesley were great even after we checked out and one of our party discovered she had left jewellery behind Lesley helped to get it to us. We will definitely be back.
