  We had a wonderful week. The pool, the staff, and location was fantastic!! The only negative that we have are the mattresses in a2. The unit was clean, had nice beach chairs to use, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would stay in the unit again. In fact we have already booked our next trip at Coral in april. This will be our 6th trip there. The grounds and dock are spotless the pool is perfect!!

  This was our first time staying in this unit. We have stayed in 5 of the other units so far. Is a quiet unit (not able to hear all the outside noises which is good if your a fisherman and stay up fishing all night and sleep during day) beds are comfortable. Not as many towels as other units so if you have a larger family staying bring extra beach towels. The only downside i would say would be the white couch. We was afraid of getting it dirty so i had to make sure to keep the kids off of it as much as possible but it was comfortable. Had one other issue but management took care of it immediately. The manager at this resort stays on top of things to make sure visit is very pleasant and the grounds stay 100% clean. We have been coming here since 2012 and will Always come here! Vacation paradise!

  Have not been there for 7 yrs but had been going there for about 20 yrs. I love this place, but was was a little disappointed in the condo we stayed at. It did not feel homie, needs valances or something to warm the place up. I5t also needs new cutting knives and pots and pans I did not like the big table in front of the couch, however I did book again for next year. I did not like the rule about not being able to stay on the patio past 10 pm, I think 11 pm would be better

  The location was great for beach access only about 3 blocks away, quite area. The outside areas were very well kept. We stayed in A2, which was a main floor unit which was nice. It could have been cleaner, a lot of dirty fingerprints all over the doors and AC thermostat. Bathroom could have been cleaner also, the bath mat was pretty dirty along with the shower. Lots of rules to follow, we received a page of them upon check in, which was strange. It just had a strange vibe. Would I stay again? probably not. Would I recommend to a friend? I'm not sure.

  Have been coming to this area of Clearwater Beach since I was a child. Have stayed at the Coral Resort many times. Love, love LOVE the location. The grounds and pool area are spotless. Enjoy being right on the bay with just a short walk to the beach. The only issue with the condos here being individually owned is that some of them are more outdated and not as well stocked as others. The unit we stayed in this time could have definitely used some sprucing up, but for as little time as we actually spent in the room, it was sufficient.

  The resort was awesome. Couldnt have asked for a better location and the price was great for your own little cabin. The beds were not awesome, but what hotel/resort beds are? Pool area was so nice, and there was a grill if you wanted to cook and your own kitchen inside as well. Units had good AC and its right on a dock so you can have your morning coffee and watch the dolphins!

  The experience was great. The Dresser drawer in the bedroom was broken and unable to use one drawer. It should be fixed or replaced. I also found out that after about 4 trash bags the rental property does not give you anymore. I understand the guest providing their own paper towels and toilet paper, but I would have guessed the the property owners would want you to keep the apartment clean. I did not expect them to not give you anymore trash bags. It's very easy to go through 4 small trash bags in a week.

  We found Coral resort to be the right spot for a family with 3 kids. The condo was clean and equipped with all we needed to cook for all of us. The swimming pool was just right the right for beginner swimmers. Close to the beach and shops. Hope the new construction in the area won't affect this wonderful place.

Needs to be updated some as far as furniture and kitchen stuff but it's in a nice location close to the beach we enjoyed talking with the other guest that was staying as well. Room A1 was un-bookable to me last year but have re-booked it for next year, The Coral resort Complex I cannot fault, nor could I fault the new Manageress & Manager Leslie & Jamie. They where the most helpful and polite managers you could wish to deal with. Hope these views are taken on board and will be staying at the Coral in April 2015.
