  Our yearly trip to the Coral almost didn’t happen due to Hurricane Ian but we were able to push out our flights and our reservation by 2 days and it all worked out wonderfully thanks to Amy the new manager went above and beyond to help us and not to change units.
  We always stay in Unit A1 are favorite and it’s always clean and all amenities needed. A issue with the power the lazt night but no fault of the Coral or the owners of the unit. It’s just a great place to meet new people and relax.
  Every morning Dolphins swam by on the dock while we enjoyed our coffee doesn’t get much better then that. Until next September keep it real!!

  Great location within walking distance to everything. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. We were hesitant to get a first floor unit in this old resort, (thinking we'd hear the 2nd floor walking) but didn't hear a thing! Friendly neighbors and Susan the manger is definitely a huge asset to the resort. Only negative is the music they blast over speakers in the pool and picnic area. In this day of ear buds, and everyone having different tastes in music - they should shut it off and not allow anyone to play their music without earbuds. The pool area is small and some like to read, rest, lounge, and not listen to someone else's genre of music. We'd recommend this place and hope to return again.

  Another wonderful 9 nights in unit A1 and the Coral Resort. My husband and I have been coming here for well over 10 years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Susan is lovely and the unit and grounds are very clean as is the dock area. We always meet great people from all over so fun. Unfortunately we had our chairs and towels and many personal items stolen off the beach while having brunch never had a issue leaving stuff unattended so just a heads up on that times are changing. So needed to reimburse the condo owner for the chairs and towels. Already looking ahead to booking our next trip!! Thank you Susan and the cleaner for all your hard work,!

It is the perfect location and is in walking distance to the majority of the restaurants and only a short walk to the beach.   This is by far the best unit at The Coral Resort. The unit is completely updated, clean, and very comfortable. The unit has two separate entries, flat screen television, quartz countertops, and farm style sink. The 1.5 bathrooms are also updated and clean. We have stayed in this unit every year for the last several years and plan to stay here each coming year. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a coin operated washer/dryer on the grounds available for guest use. The Coral Resort is conveniently located within walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, shopping, and dining.   Another great week at the Coral Resort. We stayed in unit A-1 the same unit we stayed in in May. The unit is clean and efficiently stocked with essentials except for no bath wash clothes which was weird as so many nice bath and hand towels. Also the only other disappointment the dishwasher was out so service the entire week not a fan of that!!
  As far as the pool and patio and grounds perfect as always Pattie and Michelle do a great job. As always met some people again so hard to leave.
  Looking forward to next May for our 9th stay.

  This my return stay in A1 which I have been renting for many years. This room is probably the best the Coral has to offer. the room as usual was spotlessly clean ans all the bedding cutlery, and facility's you you could think of were all in this apartment. The Coral resort is ideally situated with the beach just a short walk away and the restaurants and marina also very close. the swimming pool is exceptional and well maintained. the patio and barbecue area are very nice but one criticism is the patio closes at 10 pm, this is a pity and 11 pm would be more reasonable for adults to have a chat and a drink on the warm Florida evenings, lets be honest we are on vacation not in an old peoples home !!!

  Unit A1 is a very nice updated unit. We love being on the ground level and able to walk directly out to the pool or the main patio.
  The unit itself well stocked with plenty beach towels and bath towels also extra linens as well. Also a blow dryer and a flat iron flat iron was a nice surprise. There was no blender as the description reads. A small cooler to take to the beach and only one beach chair. Going forward this will be the only unit we will reserve. The unit was well maintained and very clean.

Leslie & Jamie the Manageress & Manager are both very efficient and polite in the way they run the Coral resort and nothing was to much trouble for either of them, they are a credit to the management of the motel. The resort is clean, well maintained, we loved sitting on the pier in the breeze with a fishing pole in the water; pool was lovely. Plenty of parking, great communal area with tables with umbrellas facing the water, very nice shared gas grill (works great!). Walking distance to restaurants, bars & shops. The beach was about 2-3 blocks away, no beach chairs provided. The only negative was the bed at our unit was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Please note that that each unit is individually owned.

  Again I had my yearly Vavation staying in Room A1 in the Coral Resort. The apartment as usual was spotlessly clean thanks to Jamie whos excelent at preparing and cleaning the rooms for new guests. Room A1 is well furnished and very well equiped, home from home.Leslie did a marvoulas job and seeing to all our needs, information, bookings and socialising with the guests when she had time. The locatiom of the Coral resort could not be better, beaches very near by as well as the marina, reurants, shops & pharmacy, what more could you wish for.This vacation rental in the area has been my annual vacatiom for more than tenty years and I have again re-booked for 2016. The manager and mangeress Leslie & Jamie are an asset to the owners os the appartments in the Coral and I praise both of them both very highly the way they run the motel, thank you both.

  This condo has all the comforts of home. I could live there. Beautifully decorated and convenient first floor location. I would say replace the bed and it would be 100% perfect! I also feel a 10:00 check out is too early!!

  We are newly retired and had the pleasure of staying at The Coral Resort for two months during winter 2015. We had a wonderful stay at "The Coral." Unit A-1 is a beautifully decorated, nicely appointed first floor unit. The resort is very clean, with everything so convenient including shopping, restaurants, the beach, library/rec center, etc. The atmosphere is very friendly which is a tribute to the many returning guests and also the management team of Leslie and Jamie. The pool overlooks the bay with a terrific new dock and seating to spot dolphins, sit and read a book, relax with your morning coffee, etc. This is a hidden gem at Clearwater Beach . . . close enough to the action, yet private.

  We had a lovely, restful vacation week at Coral Resort from Sept. 27 to Oct. 4. I did not want to go home! The condo was the perfect size for a second honeymoon, up to date yet quaint, and very clean. The view over the water and out beyond the heated pool is perfect. The location is close to everything, restaurants, night life, shopping, the drugstore and of course the beach. I like this area of Clearwater Beach. It's less crowded than the southside.

  This is a wonderful location walking distance to the beach, at least 10 restaurants, CVS, a brand new giant Walgreens, and other shopping. Lovely view over the inland waterway, beautiful pool, very nice guests, helpful staff.
